Indications:

VITACLOZINE is indicated for the treatment of nausea and vomiting that could occur during the first weeks of pregnancy.

Nausea and vomiting at the beginning of pregnancy are frequent. They are usually not signs of disease and they diminish or disappear after a few weeks.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the product.

LACTATION:
Nursing mothers should be aware that a small quantity pf drug could be ingested by the infant. It is not known whether undesirable effects could be produced on the baby.

Side Effects:

In addition to drowsiness, VITACLOZINE can produce vertigo, headache confusion, irritability, insomnia and gastric pain. If you experience some of these adverse effects or any other effects, consult your doctor.

Precautions:

VITACLOZINE may cause drowsiness. As long as you do not know how you are reacting to the medication, be cautious while driving a car or operating a machine.

Deeper drowsiness could be produced if VITACLOZINE is taken in combination with alcohol or other drugs such as drugs for cough or colds, antidepressants, analgesics or tranquilizers.

If you have had a severe reaction to an antihistaminic or to VITACLOZINE in the past, advise your doctor. These reactions are severe drowsiness, insomnia, gastric pain.

If you experience some of these secondary effects or any other effects, consult your doctor.

Drug Interactions:

It must be used with caution in combination with alcohol and other CNS depressing drugs or with epileptics.

Dosage:

Take VITACLOZINE strictly in accordance with the instructions of your doctor. In general, nausea and vomiting of pregnancy occur in the morning.

It is for this reason that your doctor will recommend tow tablets at bedtimes so the medication can be effective in the morning. If this dose does not relieve the symptoms, the doctor may recommend another tablet in midmorning or in midafternoon.

Your doctor can modify the dosage based on the time of appearance and the severity of the symptoms If you forget to take a dose of VITACLOZINE,take it as soon as you remember. take the other doses as indicated.

Do not take tow doses at the same time, unless duly prescribed by your doctor.
